The Hammer and The Sword: A sibling fantasy adventure book (The Adventures of Ollie and Emma 2)

About

“Are you still here?” Shawna sneered, stepping closer. “I told you - Kyle doesn’t want to hang out with you. If you don’t believe me, go to the gym. You’ll see.”

Emma’s heart dropped.

She didn’t want to go.

 Didn’t want to see.

But part of her already knew.

Still, she went.

Kyle was there.

Laughing.

With Cindy.

The sound caught in Emma’s throat. A small gasp slipped out before she could stop it.

Kyle looked up.

And Cindy turned - her eyes locked onto Emma’s - then she gave her a slow, triumphant smile.

Something inside Emma cracked.

Cindy's laughter followed her down the hallway, echoing long after the bell rang.

By the time she got home, Emma wasn’t sure what hurt more - what Shawna said… or the quiet, creeping feeling that maybe it was true.

That’s when Ollie made a suggestion.

“Let’s go back to Sambata.”

Hoping - just a little - that things could be different there, Emma agrees.

But when they step once more into the hidden room in the tree, they realize this journey won’t be easy.

Grimaldi, the Guardian of the Realm, is waiting.

To find help, Emma and Ollie must travel deeper into Sambata and seek the Goddess Brighid, who alone can gift them the Hammer of Hope and Courage… and the Sword of Strength.

But they are not alone.

Anu - the giant tiger - is still hunting them.

And this time, Emma can’t hide.

She will have to find something inside herself she’s never believed she had.

Because when she returns home…

she’ll have to face Cindy and Shawna again.

And this time -

Emma is ready to stand tall…

She won’t let them make her feel small ever again.
